Meet the Candidates at the Luxe
Here's a chance to meet and mingle with four of the candidates in the upcoming city council election all in one fell swoop! This Sunday, March 23rd, former city councilmember Pam Bell will host a campaign event at the Luxe, one of Rowlett's Active Adults 55+ Communities, located at Dalrock and Schrade Road.
Mayoral candidate and currently serving Deputy Mayor Pro Tem Deb Shinder will be there, along with Pam (running for Place 6), Marvin Gibbs (running for Place 2), and Mike Britton (currently serving councilmember running for reelection in Place 4).
This is an informal meet and greet so bring your questions, concerns, opinions, and ideas about city government and the future direction you would like to see Rowlett go. The candidates aren't there just to talk - they're there to listen.
Experience Matters!
